While they look gorgeous sunning on my windowsill, I'm not sure what else to do with them. I have a recipe for the standard midsummer fried green tomatoes, but that's old news. And frankly, I hate breading things. Don't get me wrong, I love Things That Are Breaded, but I hate doing the actual breading.What else can I do with them? Does anyone out there have any brilliant ideas? Please??

ReplyDeleteWell i think better to do is make 4 into salsa and the rest just cut them in half clean them out and put whatever you like with them into them, stuffed, yum i like them with tuna and mozzarella! good luck
